Abstract:

Data series of more than 2,500 main social and economic indicators for all countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Includes macroeconomic and financial indicators, information on population and employment, income and expenditure of population, data on production of main industrial and agricultural prices, foreign economic activities, and more. Data are presented in table form and can be downloaded into Excel, or saved in HTML or Word format. Covers 1991 - 2004 (as of 1 August 2005). Produced by the Interstate Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Updated continuously. Access: Staff may view the list of available time series, but actual retrieval, downloading, or exporting of the data is limited to research librarians, who have username and password access.
