If you are off-site and connected to the Fund network using a Virtual Private Network (VPN):
Now you should see the Library Network web site and be able to access our licensed electronic information services.

If you are not using VPN, start the web-based citrix client: /1
Note: If VPN is running on your computer, VPN must be stopped before you can use the web-based citrix client.
To stop VPN, click on the VPN icon on the taskbar - it looks like a padlock - select disable policy from the Policy menu, and then select Stop/Kill VPN client from the File menu. |

/1 Citrix ICA client software Both web-based and regular Citrix ICA clients are already installed on all Fund standard computers set up for remote access. Home users can download and install the Citrix ICA web-based client on their home machines using one of the following links:
