|Although the JOLIS and Global JOLIS Library catalogs are available publicly, licensing agreements limit the use of other Library Network databases and electronic journals to staff of the World Bank Group and IMF.|
|Connect to the Fund network...|
If you are off-site and connected to the Fund network using a Virtual Private Network (VPN):
Now you should see the Library Network web site and be able to access our licensed electronic information services.
|If you are not using VPN, start the web-based citrix client: /1
Note: If VPN is running on your computer, VPN must be stopped before you can use the web-based citrix client.
To stop VPN, click on the VPN icon on the taskbar - it looks like a padlock - select disable policy from the Policy menu, and then select Stop/Kill VPN client from the File menu.

Both web-based and regular Citrix ICA clients are already installed on all Fund standard computers set up for remote access.
